Fullstack Developer

JOB SUMMARY

This is an In-Office Position. You will be asked to Develop, test, and maintain Angular+SpringBoot-based applications. This role will be biased towards Frontend tasks, with some Fullstack work required. Will contribute to mockups and designs. The right candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with business partners to extract detailed requirements and collaborate on potential technical solutions to address complex business issues. This is the ideal position for a developer who thrives in a collaborative, team environment and enjoys interacting with business representatives and system users. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Development, testing, and maintenance of web applications.
• Assist in deployments and support end users in the release of new functionality/applications
• Other duties as assigned by department manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of the Angular Framework
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• UI/UX design skills
• Some level of familiarity with at least one testing tool
• Some Java or Kotlin knowledge
• Some Backend or Fullstack experience
• Passion for problem-solving, software development, and learning new skills with a great team

Financial –This is a salaried position with a targeted Total annual compensation of $78,000 – $85,000 based on skills and experience, and "INCLUDES" a profit-sharing target of 20% of base annual compensation. Profit sharing is based upon the company’s financial performance and individual contribution to company success.

Other – health and life insurance, dental, vision, critical illness, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with a generous employer contribution of 5% of total compensation (3% Safe Harbor, and 2% profit sharing), and other ancillary insurance products. Our office is professional, yet comfortable, and pet friendly.

Business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Additional time at work may be required to meet critical deadlines. Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, In Office.
